Ashley Evans named USCAA Academic All American

Ashley Evans of Marietta, N.Y., was named a 2016 Academic All American.

Evans, a student at Paul Smith's College who was honored for participation on the Nordic skiing team, majors in natural resource sustainability. Evans is a senior.

Student-athletes who are sophomores, juniors or seniors with grade-point averages of 3.5 and above are eligible for the honor. Twenty-five Paul Smith's students made this year's list.
