Ashley Evans named to USCAA All-Academic Team

Ashley Evans of Marietta, N.Y., was named to the 2014 United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Winter National All-Academic Team.

Evans, a student at Paul Smith's College who was honored for participation on the Nordic skiing and Striders snowshoe racing teams, majors in fisheries and wildlife sciences. Evans is a junior.

Student-athletes who are sophomores, juniors or seniors with grade-point averages of 3.5 and above are eligible for the honor.
