Jacqueline Martin honored for graduating from Paul Smith's College with perfect GPA

Jacqueline Martin from Fulton, N.Y., graduated from Paul Smith's College this December with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Martin, who majored in culinary arts, was honored for the achievement by receiving the President's Award at the commencement ceremony on Sunday, Dec. 8.
